AdMobの支払いがなかったので、サポートにメール。今日、回答が返ってきた。
AdMob threshold for wire transfer payments is $100, the $20 threshold is for those publishers receiving payment by PayPal.
「電信送金（wire transfar）の最低支払金額は$100」とのこと。そうだったけ、と思って英語のヘルプ（Payout & Payment Options）を確認した。
However, if your total payable earnings are less than $20 at the end of a month (or $100 for international wire payments), AdMob rolls your earnings over to the following month. For example, if you earn $10 in January and $50 in February, a payment is be sent to you for $60 in early to mid-April.
たしかに。サポートさんスミマセン。でも、日本語のヘルプ（お支払い方法）には書いてなかった。
ただし、月末時点で収益が 20 ドル未満の場合は翌月に繰り越させていただきます。 たとえば 1 月に 10 ドル、2 月に 50 ドルの収益があった場合は、4 月上旬から中旬に 60 ドルが支払われます。
「回答ありがとう。日本語のヘルプにも書いておいてね」と返信しておいた。ちなみに、PayPalなら$20から受け取れる。
